1. How to order:
Please offer your specifications of
the printing order to us by:

2. Process:
a) You place the order and make the
down payment;
b) You send us the original document(s) and requirements including the paper and post-press finishing, etc in CD(s) by courier, or send by email or MSN;
c) We make your printed products according to your digital folders and deliver them to you.

3. Price:
For a cost estimate on your order, please send an email
with your requirements
4. Payment:
a) 100% of the total payment should be paid in advance if the total amount is less than USD5000. Otherwise 70% of total payment should be paid by the buyer in advance, and the balance paid before delivery.
b) If the total amount of the order exceeds US$100,000,50%
in advance and the balance 50% must be paid before delivery.
5. Samples:
We are pleased to offer the sample, but the sample and delivery charge should be paid by buyers before we make the sample. However, the charges can be deducted from the total amount of the order.
6. Lead Time:
Usually our lead time is five business
days, excluding transportation, from the date of confirmation.
However, it also depends on the specifications of your order,
thus it might vary.
7. Transport:
The printed products can be transported by air or by sea.
The approximate time by air is 5 days or above.
8. After-sales service:
Your purchase can be
reproduced or refunded if there are serious quality problems due
to our mistakes.
